Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Supporting the brand communication with a focus on social media, PR and Influencer Marketing.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Communications Coordinatorto join AllKinds.
This role will be responsible for supporting the brand communication with a focus on social media, PR and Influencer Marketing.
THE ROLE:

• Support the implement all brand touch points, such as EDM, Social, Website, Campaign, Store Collateral, External Experiential, and Advertising opportunities
• Assist Senior Marketing Specialist with content briefing and the fulfilment of briefs and approvals
• Coordinate retail marketing activities / initiatives and highlights to improve the customer experience and drive people into the stores/online.
• Maintain relationships with social media content creators and external marketing agencies.
• Content management, upload and daily review of all social media pages, ensuring all new product, promotional offers, competitions, etc are provided via these channels.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in a similar role with a willingness to learn
• Experience working with marketing platforms (ideally)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Thrives under pressure, excels at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
