Reporting into the GM of membership & engagement, you will;
- Coach and mentor a team of 3. Ensuring performance and delivery is to a high standard.
- Work on the annual marketing strategy, supporting the business objectives, ensuring your personal target is achieved.
- Oversight of the budget and spend, ensuring targets are achieved within budget and on time.
- Heavily involved in the brand, digital, transactional marketing, website and social media management.
- Marketing Management experience which has involved a blend of management/ mentorship, and hands on experience.
- Experience in Strategy and Campaign planning, able to execute end to end. Ability to manage budgets and spend, with proven experience of achieving targets.
- Can provide expert advice within marketing, content & communication space.
- A membership or NFP background would be preferred but not essential.
