Marketing & Communications Manager
Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, our client looking for a creative and passionate Marketing & Communications Manager to join their internal team. You will be responsible for contributing and driving initiatives aligned with the global marketing and brand awareness strategy.
Heavily focussed on thier department store & international growth, you will develop and execute best-practice strategic communication utilising the groups master strategy whilst working collaboratively across the departments.
We are looking for;
Someone who can connect creatively with thier audience and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies to best engage with the audience
Brand management - ensure that all activities are in line with the brand and values
Manage budgets within your scope
Enhance the synergy of the brands one voice globally
Keep abreast of emerging trends within the market to incorporate any insights into future strategic planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications and business development strategies for current and new markets/business opportunities
Support the General Manager of Marketing across all ad hoc tasks, PR & eventing
MARKETING
Manage the day-to-day contact + ongoing relationship management for all our marketing opportunities across: first lodges and concessions globally
Co-ordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
Work collaboratively within the department to plan and implement brand activations/events for new store launches
Manage their wholesale (B2B) marketing requirements
Develop and oversee their new loyalty program ensuring it delivers on the company's strategic objectives whilst adhering to strict timelines
COMMUNICATIONS & PR
Prepare and deliver high quality marketing collateral and stakeholder communications including print, electronic and social media
Accelerate brand awareness through ongoing PR management which includes developing and managing the overarching PR calendar + strategy inclusive of media + influencer outreach and eventing
Develop a strategic global influencer program within a given budget
Ongoing talent management (briefing, scoping new talent, seeding, shoots etc.)
Collate and analyse monthly & seasonal PR reports
Foster relationships with long-term brand partners by acting as their first point of contact for the brand and assisting all ad hoc requirements including eventing, uniform + other contra requests
Manage the global blog schedule including copy writing + management of external parties
The Ideal Candidate will have
Management skills required to take on a team of two coordinators
A strong track record in running and managing marketing activities in an autonomous role
The ability to create and deliver customer focused marketing plans and frameworks to deliver on growth targets
Previous experience in leading marketing & PR campaigns and strategies for a growing business
A unique ability to create connections, to build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
Great attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills, to keep ahead of our fast-paced work environment
A creative mind, with good understanding of design, web and social media principles and platforms
The ability to think analytically, utilising data and trends to drive decision making
