SO, what is the role?

This role will be responsible for the effective coordination and support of media and marketing functions, with a focus on social media coordinating, content creation, and relationship building with our internal and external team.
 
The role:

• Manage and implement marketing strategies across all social media channels
• Developing relationships with our casual pool of staff (Carers, cleaners, nurses, executives etc..)
• Developing an influencer strategy
• Content planning and calendar development for the social media channels, including but not limited Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Posting on all social media handles during the days, evenings, and weekends
• Manage day to day replying to comments and management of all social media
• Co-ordination of overall marketing communication strategy with external parties such as creative writers, website developers etc.
• Ensure all social media posts are on brand, unique, visionary, and engaging, with the goal to attract and connect our target audience. Share the love of Chris Barnard!

• Strong communication
• Analytical skills (Understanding Meta analytics and Google Analytics).
• Strong knowledge of social media - Always has your finger on the pulse of all things social, be ahead of the game and have the desire to push the envelope.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva (or Adobe)
• Strong writing skills preferred.
• Formal qualification in Marketing highly regarded.
