SO, what is the role?
This role will be responsible for the effective coordination and support of media and marketing functions, with a focus on social media coordinating, content creation, and relationship building with our internal and external team.
The role:
- Manage and implement marketing strategies across all social media channels
- Developing relationships with our casual pool of staff (Carers, cleaners, nurses, executives etc..)
- Developing an influencer strategy
- Content planning and calendar development for the social media channels, including but not limited Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Posting on all social media handles during the days, evenings, and weekends
- Manage day to day replying to comments and management of all social media
- Co-ordination of overall marketing communication strategy with external parties such as creative writers, website developers etc.
- Ensure all social media posts are on brand, unique, visionary, and engaging, with the goal to attract and connect our target audience. Share the love of Chris Barnard!

- Strong communication
- Analytical skills (Understanding Meta analytics and Google Analytics).

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva (or Adobe)
- Strong writing skills preferred.
- Formal qualification in Marketing highly regarded.
