What's your role?

As a Marketing Content Designer, you will focus on content experiences through the sales funnel –both the first step into the digital journey and the complex, functional parts where the funnel narrows, and the product begins.  You’ll develop high-quality digital content experiences across Bupa Health Insurance’s key digital sales channel, bupa.com.au. This includes creating and optimising content for landing pages, banners, and other content components – but also working closely with marketing, SEO, SEM, CRO and product specialists to help design, harmonise and improve the entire experience.

Please note this role as a 12 month fixed term contract.

What will your day look like?

The role covers the following main areas:

• Merchandising copy – Write compelling copy that explains the value of Bupa products to customers.
• Content quality management – Ensure all content is accurate, and in line with Bupa’s voice and tone, brand and UX guidelines.
• User-centred content design – Carry out user research, testing and optimisation to create evidence based, customer-centric content.

Yourgoal is to build helpful, compelling sales experiences across Bupa, to make it easy for people find and choose the right Bupa products for their needs.

What will you bring?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content design or communications.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, writing, journalism, or a similar field.
• A strong team player with sharp attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and strong organisational and time management skills.
• Sound knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
• Outstanding grammar, editing, and writing skills.
