Due to expansion of our business we are looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help promote our offices based in Nundah,Toowoomba, Gold Coast & Darwin.
We are looking for that professional to take us to the next level. Working with our Director & Operations Manager, you will operate day to day marketing operations and work with internal and external partners to develop, execute and manage marketing objectives.
This role will be hands on and offers the opportunity to apply your skills over all aspects of marketing - you will have use your creativity to create an approach with all social media channels and direct marketing content.
Working from our Head office based in Nundah you will :
- Help further develop the Pacific Health & Wellbeing brand and communications strategies
- Strategize and create digital content and assets
- Using your knowledge of social media channels and the analytics of them to execute creative social media campaigns across a variety of social media platforms that builds engagement and brand awareness
- Create content across LinkedIn platform
- Work with the Operations Manager to manage marketing campaigns
- Be involved in the execution of networking events
- Lead and manage Client Relationship Management ( CRM) efforts to engage with existing and acquire new
This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday.
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator supports all Pacific Health and Wellbeing locations including Brisbane, Darwin and Gold Coast office.
Travel will be a requirement between sites for this role.
About you
You will have knowledge and experience in the following :
- Bachelor equivalent or higher tertiary degree in marketing
- Minimum 2 years working in similar marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative content creator
- Outgoing and friendly persona with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness and confidence to manage deadlines
- Proven proficiency in Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn
- Ability to develop and execute content across all marketing platforms
- Must be solutions and outcomes focused, with a mature can-do approach and attitude.
You must:
- be vaccinated against COVID-19
- have an NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or the ability to obtain; and
- have the right to work in Australia
