About the role 
  
The Campaigns and Events team delivers National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising events, Community Fundraising, and Community Engagement across Queensland. You will be responsible for the delivery of campaign targets through project management, analysing and strategising project deliverables across key national and state-based fundraising campaigns. You will develop and implement fundraising tactics across the Campaigns portfolio, to ensure fundraising targets are met.
  
You will lead internal stakeholders and working groups to ensure campaign deliverables are met, within budget and set timelines.
  
This role is a Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).     
  
About you  
   
To be successful in this role you will have strong, demonstrated experience in fundraising and enjoy working in a fast paced, fluid environment, spearheading the planning and delivery of our fundraising campaigns to achieve our revenue & engagement targets.
  
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills 
 
Essential Skills: 
  • A minimum 2 years’ of fundraising or marketing experience  
Desirable Skills: 
  • Highly developed time management skills and can manage multiple tasks and prioritise tasks with maximum impact
  • Ability to positively lead, motivate and encourage teams, supporters, and volunteers, adopting a highly agile, problem-solving attitude
  • Exceptional relationship manager with the ability to easily build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record in achieving fundraising targets
  • Current Queensland drivers’ licence
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, Customer Relationship Management systems, project management systems, P&L trackers, and data analysis systems (such as PowerBI).
