We're seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator or someone currently studying marketing to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and drive membership growth.
About the role
Alongside our supportive team and guided by an experienced Marketing Manager, you will create awareness of our passion and commitment to the local community whilst creating innovative content.
Some of the things that you may be working on under the guidance of the Marketing Manager will be:
- Rolling out marketing strategies
- Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Maintaining & updating websites (Wordpress, Elementor)
- Creating & maintaining marketing calendars in alignment with the marketing strategy
- Planning & execution of marketing communications (SMS, EDM)
- Creating compelling content for several platforms
- Driving membership growth initiatives
- Working with internal marketing team and external suppliers to facilitate visual merchandising, events, photo shoots, promotions & integrated marketing communications (IMC)
- Promoting club events
- Supporting our teams to deliver on promotions and events
- Maintaining positive public relations
About you
- You will have or will be studying towards a tertiary qualification in: Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Graphic Design
- Some experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Some experience in social media management skills and proficiency in content creation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable with a high attention to detail
- Experience in growth initiatives and event promotion
- Practiced social media management including monitoring and responding to reviews across all online platforms
- Passionate about integrating our internal values to connect to the broader community.
