East Coast Car Rentals are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and help to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. ECCR operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability, initiative as well as excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
This full-time position is based in our Southport Corporate Head Office.

We are now looking to hire a digital marketing super star for the role of Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working with a small team of internal and external partners you will be assisting with the smooth delivery and advancement of multiple marketing projects and ongoing initiatives. These will include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities, including timelines, tasks, and resources, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Create and write copy for engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyse marketing data, such as campaign performance metrics and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, managing budgets, and coordinating with external vendors.
The person we are looking for should have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
We are also looking for someone with skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent and proven copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the role and with our company.
