Marketing Coordinator

What can you expect?

As Marketing Coordinator you will provide marketing support to help develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across a range of channels for the Pacific Marketing & Communications team. Additionally, you will manage team administration, invoicing, obtaining quotes, travel and expense management where required.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and offers an excellent opportunity for the successful incumbent to progress their marketing career within a large, multi-national organisation.

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
• Develop marketing and communications assets with the guidance of senior team members.
• Handle incoming marketing and communications team requests from business stakeholders and marketing and communications team leaders, always responding professionally.
• Assist with project planning and operations with the chance to work closely on marketing strategy development.
• Support the design and execution of simple automated emails (using our preferred marketing automation tool), ensuring adherence to all relevant approvals processes.
• Support the build of targeted lists for all email campaigns (using our preferred CRM)
• Ensure compliance with all legal and branding guidelines, including stewardship of marketing material through legal and brand approvals.
• Monitor, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and key initiatives against objectives.
• Assist with sponsorship, event and conference requirements as needed (from time to time these may occur outside standard business hours)
• Document processes that support the transfer of knowledge across the team

• Experience in a corporate or agency environment, preferably with some experience in marketing and communications
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Good time management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record writing for different channels and audiences

• Degree in marketing, communications or journalism
• Previous agency or high-energy corporate environment experience
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics
