Do you love property and have a passion for creating engaging Social Media content? Look no further, we’re seeking an energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy & calendar across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, eye-catching content that showcases our brand, properties and services.
- Website Management – Updating pages and assisting with SEO
- Blog and Content Marketing - writing and gathering content for blog posts
- Run targeted vendor and company paid Social Media advertising campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Analyse Social Media performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Social Media trends and best practices.
- Assist with the planning and execution events, sponsorships, competitions and internal marketing initiatives
- Execute content & designs via our Canva Brand Kit
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and related administrative duties
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience in Social Media marketing. (Experience in the real estate industry a plus!)
- Possesses strong creative skills and the ability to develop engaging content across various platforms.
- Is an excellent communicator with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Is proficient in Canva and familiar with Adobe Suite (a plus).
- Has a data-driven approach and enjoys analysing Social Media insights.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
