This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to work for our client, a leading community-based organisation that provides disability, aged care, training, and employment services nationally. This is a temp assignment to start ASAP for 3 months with possibility of extension, working fulltime hours, Monday to Friday. The client is based in Geelong, and they can offer flexible working arrangements with a couple of days working in the office and the rest from home. The role is paying $40 an + super per hour.
Reporting into the Marketing General Manager, you will become an integral member of the organisation where you will engage with key decision makers across the organisation and enjoy being at the forefront of continuing to shape this organisation's marketing footprint. You will bring to life various marketing strategies and campaigns and work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the business.
Some of your other duties and responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage new staff
Work with external suppliers, such as creative agencies, to create assets and activities that are on brand and effective.
Work with key stakeholders to build productive relationships and manage expectations
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar role and have proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop is preferred and proficient in the MS Office Suites. You will possess great communication skills and be able to liaise with various stakeholders. Excellent organisation and time management skills is a must with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to think laterally. Being able to work under pressure and be able to multitask and prioritise your work is critical.
