Zoos Victoria operates four zoos, Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo, and Kyabram Faun Park. Responsibilities of the role:
- Implementation and optimisation of marketing campaigns to support Zoos Victoria business needs
- Briefing creative and coordinating design feedback with creative agency and stakeholders
- Working with media booking agency to book, monitor, and optimise advertising based on performance
- Coordinating & developing content for paid social media campaigns
- Contributing to website content creation and managing website maintenance
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with media buying agencies and creative agencies, including writing briefs, providing feedback on media plans and/or artwork, and coordinating production and submission of marketing material.
- Proven digital marketing experience including practical knowledge of tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business, Photoshop, and website CMS).
- A proven ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Relevant marketing industry knowledge particularly within tourism, leisure, education, not-for-profit, or e-commerce/ retail sectors.
- While the position is based at Melbourne Zoo, the ability to travel to all four Zoos Victoria properties for work purposes is required.
