Join our efficient marketing team in our brand-new Keysborough office and play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives for our diverse flooring ranges and the industry-leading Quick-Step brand.
The Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Driver: Assist in the development and execution of B2B & B2C promotional strategies.
- Sales Collaborator: Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers have up-to-date POS materials.
- Creative Partner: Participate in the creative briefing process and review all printed materials.
- Event Coordinator: Organise and coordinate conferences, customer events, trade shows, and A&D events to showcase our products and connect with clients.
- Digital Enhancer: Maintain and enhance our company website and digital content.
- Promotional Specialist: Coordinate customer promotional and advertising programs.
- Communications Expert: Manage customer communications effectively.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Assist in the management of social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.
- Team Collaborator: Coordinate activities with the Australian and New Zealand marketing resources.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who embodies:

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Digital Tools: Preferably experienced in WordPress (CMS) and Campaign Monitor (email communications).
- Qualified & Experienced: A qualification in a marketing-related discipline and/or a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a sales and marketing environment. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply!
