About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be at the centre of our marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution. You will coordinate and implement all of our marketing activities from social content to email marketing and website updates, while providing administrative support to the wider team. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful & creative. There is plenty of scope to dive into diverse areas of marketing, develop your skills and to grow with us.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Head of Marketing in the development of cross-channel marketing strategies and content planning
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content and projects from ideation to execution using our PM software
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) by ideating engaging content, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
• Manage email marketing including the creation of campaigns & flows, A/B testing and competitor analysis 
• Collaborate with the Art Director on the development of creative assets that are fit-for-channel
• Assist with the production of marketing materials (Canva, Figma)
• Work with our Supply Chain Manager on quotes for printed & promotional materials 
• Update the website (Shopify) including SEO optimisation, merchandising and promotions
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses
   

Ideal candidate profile:

• 2-3 years experience in marketing
• Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise 
• Proficient with social media & email marketing
• Familiarity with design tools including Canva & Figma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Flexibility & adaptability - we’re a lean but mean team
   

This is a full-time role based out of our Collingwood (Melbourne) HQ with hybrid working arrangements.
