About the Role:
As the Social Media Coordinator, your main objective is to inform the way potential and existing Frankie customers view and interact with the brand with the aim to influence conversion rates, achieve ROI targets, increase followers, reach, engagement, and deliver strategic marketing outcomes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Social Media platforms with a particular focus on developing strategic Facebook Ads to help drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will be key in the development of execution of Social Media campaigns, creation and collection of collaborative and creative content and ensuring the most on trend and on brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with management to build, run and scale Facebook ad campaigns to guarantee that they are effective
- Coordinating Frankie and Co’s Social Media platforms (scheduling, planning, creating and posting content)
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing activity across each platform
- Use metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaigns
- Engaging with and monitoring customers comments and messages across all Social Media channels
- Work with Social Media influencers and help us to search for new and upcoming influencers to promote our brand
- Assist the marketing team to organise and style our photoshoots, EDM creation and any other marketing related tasks that may pop up on an ADHOC basis
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Social Media role
- A demonstrated understanding of Facebook Business Manager and other Social Media advertising platforms – you know how the ‘back-end works’
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite
- Proven experience managing Social Media platforms for a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content and spotting Social Media trends
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Pleasant, vibrant and professional personality and exceptional presentation
