Our ala carte experience is in a relaxed dining restaurant where you will sample produce from local growers and farmers that create wholesome, organic, seriously good food.
Whilst Sol Spa is an award winning Spa inspired by wellness, nature and health, we’ve created a blissful escape from everyday life, situated in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs.
The Role
We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to lead this exciting and professional role, ideally looking for someone to work 48 hours a fortnight. The restaurant is award winning for both its design, food and service and you will be an integral part of its success through championing customer-centricity and being passionate about creating experiences.
Within this role, you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Managing the EDM and SEO activities for The Botanica Vaucluse and Sol Spa.
- Creating, organising and scheduling social media posts for The Botanica and Sol Spa.
- Building awareness and driving increased sales and achievements of strategic objectives.
- Engaging with key influencers to align outlets for PR opportunities.
- Managing the reviews across the 2 entities.
- Creating and managing gift vouchers.
- Updating the online menus and pricelists.
As the venue is an iconic location, there are private functions, including weddings, parties and other events where you will exercise your creative juices and amazing organisational skills.
The restaurant general openings times being : Friday – lunch | Saturday – breakfast, lunch and dinner |Sunday – breakfast and lunch.
