OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Plungie’s overall marketing activities by undertaking a variety of tasks that create an impact and deliver across every aspect of the marketing spectrum.
You will contribute to our team by:
- Providing support in all digital marketing activities.
- Managing the Google My Business, Bing & Yelp listings of both Plungie Australia and Plungie USA.
- Supporting the sales and marketing operations of the business with basic website updates as required.
- Contributing to and executing the social media strategy in alignment with our brand voice.
- Create, curate, repurpose, and schedule existing and new creative assets across various social channels tailored for each platform.
- Maintaining community engagement across all social channels - reshare, like, and comment on content that aligns with Plungie and fosters a two-way relationship on social media for AU & US.
- Planning and coordinating the photography/videography of projects to highlight key Plungie CVP’s.
- Collaborating with builders, architects, designers, and developers to capture the content of key projects.
- Managing ticket & hospitality allocation and distribution for Gold Coast SUNS.
You will bring to our team:
- Completed or undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- Two plus years in a marketing position or completed multiple internships.
- Exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the use of a CRM system (preferably Hubspot) with a focus on leveraging the system to generate leads.
- Exposure to end-to-end digital marketing, in particular, product marketing and marketing pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe software
