We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to join our team and help make the difference. In this role you’ll get the chance to be involved in overall campaign strategy and manage your campaigns from end-to-end. You’ll work closely with the design, marketing, e-commerce, sales and product teams and you’ll love seeing the positive impact of your collaborative efforts across our digital and non-digital channels.

You will help to design, develop, and steer our strategy across our paid and owned marketing channels –including our websites, socials, content, email & PPC campaigns.

Your responsibilities will mostly be:
- Helping our General Manager of Marketing to plot strategies across a range of categories, customer segments and channels.
- Owning, driving and continually improving on the execution of those campaign plans – that means coordinating and briefing our brand marketing and design teams to create brilliant collateral, and ensure all our campaigns are launched on time across a range of channels.
- Learning to be a social media guru, by continually trialling and reporting on our organic and paid activities.
- Helping our marketing team formulate, create, and send our regular emails and newsletters.
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of sales and consumer promotions.
- Getting to grips with our campaign tools such as our email provider, GA4, Google, Meta etc.
Why you’re perfect for the role:
- You have a marketing qualification – or at least you have studied a related field (like media).
- You have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role running end-to-end marketing campaigns – you’re keen to make your mark and you want to be depended on.
- You LOVE marketing. You read about it, you listen to podcasts about it, you have written a book about it (OK, that last one’s not essential).
- You obsess over the little things, your eye for detail means our comms will always be sharp, accurate and on brand.
- You love words, and you want to write really powerful ones that call our customer to action.
- You’re flexible and like to work as a part of a team to meet the business needs.
- You’re like a one-person project management tool – i.e. you have super strong organisational skills.
- You possess excellent communication skills – of course because you are a natural marketer.
