The Marketing Coordinator role is an integral role that supports the Commercial Marketing Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the marketing department. One of two Marketing Coordinator roles, this role will have a variety of functions across both arms of the business, ensuring a varied workload and a team approach to the activity delivered by this integral team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client success activity:
- Daily tasks ensuring delivery of client advertising campaign activity.
Social Media management:
- Aligned to content strategy, social media activity
- Daily tasks ensuring social media monitoring – eg. Facebook moderation.
Acquisition & Optimisation opportunities:
- Executing tactical performance marketing activities to drive high quality demand generation.
Affiliate marketing:
- Daily coordination of affiliate platforms.
Analytics:
- Measuring results and identifying of core metrics to track and optimise programs and campaigns in order to convert throughout the funnel.
- Conducting competitor analysis and reporting the findings to marketing management and key stakeholders, consistently supporting the marketing team with a ‘test and learn’ approach to paid media.
Planning and reporting:
- Under the guidance of Commercial Marketing Manager, complete planning and reporting requirements for both internal and external clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
- You have experience in an online marketing role previously
- You have experience or involvement in advertising campaigns
- You understand the importance of delivering to commercial objectives
- You must be a strong communicator in order to effectively report verbally and in writing on programs and campaigns for both internal and external clients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing role
- Proficiency with digital reporting platforms
- Experience writing Facebook and Google ads
- Experience using content management system for website management (eg. Wordpress)
- Experience using basic design programs such as Canva
- Great people skills and the ability to connect with people via written, verbal, and face to face to communication.
- Proven experience in supporting digital marketing campaigns and marketing reporting.
- Good knowledge of website platforms, GA4 custom reports and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Eg. Dot Digital)
- Ability to craft copy for website and external communications, with exceptional spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise tasks and work at a fast pace when required.
- Implement the social media strategy across a number of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In)
Desirable skills
- Basic Photoshop, HTML skills and basic understanding of SEO.
