Quantum Radiology requires a marketing coordinator to join our close-knit team to assist in daily administrative tasks. This role will include responsibilities pertaining to organisation of marketing material, online administrative tasks, website and social media management, referral orders, online and print advertisement campaigns, doctor and patient liaison as well as ad-hoc tasks.
Ideally, the right candidate will possess efficiency in time management, have strong attention to detail, be proficient in social media and Google Business management and have a basic level of experience in using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress websites. A willingness to learn and confident communication is a must.
This role would suit an individual who is looking to enter the marketing field and gain experience in a non-corporate medical company and develop professionally in a supportive environment.
As an administrative assistant to the marketing team, you will be responsible for the below:
- Management of administrative emails, including online imaging account set up, trouble shooting, Healthlink inquiries, client and patient query resolution.
- Management of Facebook, Linked In and Google company profiles, including social media brand awareness campaigns
- Assisting in handling the complaints and feedback from Google reviews and emails, including keeping an updated incident log
- Managing company websites – simple updates to backend of WordPress sites
- Assisting referrers to be set up with online imaging and PACs access.
- Assisting in promotional stock management and orders
- Designing and managing social media events calendar
- Assist the marketing team in coordinating marketing events
- Assist with designing posters and flyers
- Assist with designing and ordering of corporate gifts from overseas suppliers
- Assisting the on-road marketing team members with marketing campaigns
- Managing Salesforce contacts
- Drawing reports from Salesforce and Karisma for Mailouts and targeted campaigns
- Ordering of Referral Forms for referring doctors
- Downloading Shutterstock images to use in collateral and online marketing
- Cross team communication, including liaison with IT, Operations, Practice Management, Accounts and clinic staff
