ASTINA HOSPITALITY GROUP in Penrith are looking for an Events Coordinator to take this venue with an already incredible reputation, to the next level.
Our company proudly owns and operates the established Theo's Rooftop Bar on the top level of Astina Suites. The venue boasts a large conference room, in addition to the open air rooftop bar and pool, which is the first of its kind in the area.
Astina Hospitality venues are well-known for the quality of food and level of service delivered.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, experienced and motivated individual. You will take complete ownership of the role in all phases of the event process, including sales, planning and execution on the day. You will form part of a small team that work together to exceed customers expectations.
About you
- Excellent presentation and confident in working to a high standard
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in events and hospitality
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Confident in computer use and written communication
- Ability to maintain a high level of service under pressure
- Willingness to learn from others
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
