Tim Davies Landscaping are a leading landscape design, construct and maintain company in Western Australia that has been in the business for 40 years. We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand. TDL now employs over 130 people on projects in Perth and the Southwest.
THE ROLE
As a result of our current employee’s career advancement, Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL) are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities aimed at boosting visibility and fostering new client engagement. Assuring that our brand is consistently and successfully visible across all platforms.
What we’re looking for:
In addition to being engaging and enthusiastic:
- Expertise in Adobe Design and Microsoft Office.
- Talented in creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging text for various marketing material.
- Skilled in search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and performance analysis to enhance website visibility and search rankings, and proficiency in using Google Analytics.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role will be responsible for:
- Create and Distribute Marketing Collateral: Develop and disseminate promotional materials such as brochures, campaign elements, and brand collateral.
- Content Creation and Social Media Management: Source, create, and publish engaging content on social media platforms and digital channels, while actively monitoring and responding to comments.
- Photography: Take creative, professional-quality photos of completed projects for use in marketing materials and digital.
- SEO and Website Optimisation: Conduct SEO optimisation, analyse performance, and write SEO-friendly blog posts with relevant keywords.
- Email Marketing and CRM Management: Produce electronic direct mail (EDMs) using Mailchimp and assist in managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistency of the business brand and image across all marketing materials and channels.
