This is a cluster role responsible for providing support to the Brand, Marketing, Digital team and facilitating the roll out of the marketing strategy across a portfolio of Premium and Select hotels and venues.
Under the leadership of the Director of Brand, Marketing and Digital and working alongside the wider team, this role is dynamic and balances traditional and digital marketing across various business units and teams. The successful applicant must be passionate about marketing, hotels and travel, have an excellent eye for detail, possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to actively contribute to truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns that excite, engage and drive sales and revenue.

A bit about your day to day:
- Rise with us as part of a team implementing strategies to reach Melbourne Cluster Marketing objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information
- Assist with the roll out of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
- Showcase your creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives
- Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Contribute to the team by upholding all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the hotel core values
- Gain a full Understanding of marketing budget and expenses
- Creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
- Conducting market research and up to date with latest trend
