ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Global Brand Manager, you will play an important role in building, implementing, and overseeing the brand strategy for Ultra Violette. Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for the ideation and execution of campaigns, overseeing social and influencer strategy with agency support and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Global Brand Manager will play a key role in overseeing brand positioning and identity, while driving growth and partnerships that align with our vision and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing campaigns, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. Support in the planning, implementation, and optimisation across various channels, including brand, retail, digital and social media.
- Guide the marketing team through BAU and campaign execution, ensuring all projects run to schedule.
- Contribute to creative and strategic go-to-market NPD launch plans in all regions.
- Support in managing the brand marketing budget, considering commercial revenue targets and optimising spend to maximise ROI.
- Through strategic partnerships, seek opportunities to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and market penetration in key growth markets.
- Responsible for the execution and management of engaging consumer brand experiences and events.
- Ideate and coordinate content strategies that elevate brand and engage our target audience across various channels.
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager in building brand marketing strategies with our global retail partners and assist with strategic retail objectives as required.
- Collaborate with external agencies, including Social and PR, to plan and execute successful product launches, including developing launch strategies, coordinating assets, and managing timelines.
- Manage marketing team creative briefing process, ensuring alignment to Ultra Violette’s UVP and timelines.
- Ability to identify consumer insights and explore opportunities for innovative marketing and retail campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in a marketing role with retail experience that also had cross functional responsibilities: partnerships, influencers, content etc.
- Experience working with beauty/ lifestyle retailers a bonus
- Self-starter, solution-minded, detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and execution
- Must have ability to think strategically, conceptualise new ideas, initiate change and react to fast-paced environment
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal capabilities
- A degree of proficiency in working with numbers, quantitative analysis and budget management
