Reporting direct to the Marketing Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role working from Fink HQ in Surry Hills. This role will require occasional travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
- Project manage marketing initiatives, including writing copy for a variety of platforms, the coordination of promotional material, website copy, social media, eDMs for campaigns and concepts, enacting strategy, and reporting on results.
- Reporting on all marketing activity and all relevant channels.
- Oversee management of website content including uploading new campaigns and experiences, while carrying out testing to ensure the customer journey is seamless.
- Adhere to SEO best practice, working to continuously improve and optimise the sites.
- Strategy, performance, and management of Hubspot
- With support, manage all restaurant social channels including:
- Delivering weekly content plan for all restaurant social channels.
- Managing our engagement with the social media community for all social media handles.
- Monitor and respond when necessary to all social media reviews.
- Support the Marketing Manager, in the scheduling and creation of eDMs, updates and management of database.
- Assist in drafting copy and asset creation for Search and Social paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and assist in briefing various marketing materials for campaigns and in-venue, including written, digital assets, and printed collateral. Additionally support venue teams with printing coordination for marketing collateral as needed.
- With support, lead editing/formatting of seasonal menu changes.
- Assist in content shoots including development of brief and shoot management and attendance.
- Provide content and imagery to all partner channels and sponsorship opportunities as guided by the department.
- Organise and manage image library.
- Ad hoc marketing tasks and special projects as required for other departments.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in marketing or communications with industry experience.
- Confident, calm, adaptable, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Creative and out of the box thinker.
- Reliable and team orientated with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to multiple, tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy (excel, word, email).
- Competent graphic design skills using Canva (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop desirable).
- Web and eDM skills in our core programs (WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Passion and understanding for the hospitality and food industry.
