About the roleThe Marketing Executive - Loyalty is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of our consumer loyalty programs, The Australian Plus and +Rewards. This role plays a key part in driving engagement and retention within our core subscription business.
As the Marketing Executive - Loyalty your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Day-to-day implementation of loyalty programs, including offer building, testing, and program reporting.
- Customer Management System (CMS) and ensuring best practices.
- Coordination of member events, including asset management and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in managing partner relationships and development of post-campaign reporting.
- Contributing to and implementing marketing communications strategies across various channels to drive program engagement and minimise churn.
- Ensuring compliance with legal advice and program terms and conditions.
- Measuring and reporting program results, and provide insights to drive strategy.
- Acting as a customer champion, understanding member engagement drivers and pain points.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines.

Measure KPIs and collect feedback from existing and prospective customers, in order to refine messaging or optimize product

Develop the value positioning of a product and craft compelling messages that convey this positioning across marketing channels

Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities

Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one
