Job description
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to jump into a 12 month role that is exciting and diverse. You'll be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Retail), who you'll work in partnership with to deliver end-to-end campaigns. You will gain experience on gathering insights to formulate consumer offers, develop creative, and execute across multiple channels and touchpoints.
The role
Responsible for coordinating and executing best in class retail marketing activity across News Corp Australia’s metropolitan and regional newspapers, to deliver circulation and revenue targets.
Assist Retail Senior Marketing Manager in developing the program initiatives that are aligned to the target audience of consumer marketing
Brief and work with the wider Marketing team to plan Media and develop Creative across Print, Digital, POS, Social, TVC and more
Engage with Editorial and Trade to seek integration and marketing opportunities
Who you are
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, essential
Marketing agency experience desirable
Previous experience in the media industry, desirable
Track record of successful management of large complex & concurrent campaigns / projects
Previous experience coordinating campaigns against budgets
Strong track record of success in working amongst high performing teams
Proven ability to help coordinate business strategies and plans
Strong relationship management skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical abilities and highly developed numeric skills
Outstanding presentation skills – written and verbal
