Role Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be a key player in executing our Social Media initiatives, working closely with the Chief of Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include managing and enhancing our online presence across various platforms, from planning and creating engaging content to monitoring social interactions and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Social Media strategy across diverse brands and key platforms.
- Plan and create Social Media calendars to ensure consistent and relevant content.
- Craft compelling posts to drive audience interaction and promptly respond to online engagements.
- Collaborate with our internal design team to produce visually appealing content aligned with our brand identity.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute impactful Social Media campaigns.
- Research, source, and moderate User Generated Content (UGC) to foster community engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports.
- Engage with brand supporters, responding to comments and messages to strengthen brand relationships.
- Track, monitor, and implement optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
- Set up and optimize company pages on various platforms to maximize the visibility of social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain a monthly dashboard capturing impact, reach, and insights from Social Media deployment.
- Conduct trend analysis and present reports to key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Community Management, or similar role.
- Creative flair with a keen attention to detail.
- Research skills to investigate and find relevant sources or content.
- Ability to craft engaging copy tailored to diverse brand audiences.
- Genuine interest in design, interior design, architecture, product design, or cooking is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools and experience with PPC Advertising.
- Experience with Google AdWords is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively in small teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
