The IBM event team plans and executes best-in-class virtual, in-person and hybrid events that deliver new pipeline, build brand awareness, and offer outstanding attendee experiences. Delivering great client events involves many stakeholders and the event specialist provides critical services and consulting, playing a key role by partnering with the event strategist to ensure event compliance and audit readiness. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about B2B events, detailed orientated and dedicated to delivering great attendee experiences that deliver a measurable impact.
Your responsibilities include:
Support Events Managers and event stakeholders to agree on key goals for events that align with business priorities.
Participate in pre-event, during-event and post-event activities including selecting locations, managing agencies and venues, budget management, onsite logistics management, post-event follow-up and event performance analysis.
Support communications and social activities as required
