We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Lead who can deliver a range of marketing campaigns designed to support older Victorians and help Benetas meet commercial targets. Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy.
A typical day will have you:
- Working closely with the Marketing & Brand Manager, in-house graphic designer and agency partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy
- Developing campaign briefs, including target audience, messaging, channel selection, and budget allocation
- Creating and managing campaign timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives
- Analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations for future campaign improvements, with a focus on digital campaign reporting and analysis
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into campaign strategies
- Consolidating requirements across multiple operational units to ensure the delivery of cohesive, connected customer experiences
- Applying insights, learnings and critical thinking when planning campaigns to ensure they drive engagement, deliver leads and improve customer understanding of aged care options.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Degree or higher qualification in marketing or business management and minimum of 3-5 years plus marketing experience
- Experience in campaign management and implementation across digital search, display, social media, and email
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with digital campaigns and interpreting dashboards
- Strong copywriting and creative skills and ability to think outside of the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- A record of success in developing and managing effective relationships with stakeholders and external agencies.
- Proficient with uisng META Business Suite, Google Marketing Suite, GA4
