This newly created managerial role requires an experienced compliance professional to both develop and manage relationships across a network of co-regulatory partners and manage the daily operations of our Field Services Team.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager you will apply your relationship management and leadership skills to drive engagement across your internal team and external, co-regulatory partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned to regulatory scheme requirements.
- Monitor and keep up with the latest industry trends to drive and inform compliance initiatives.
- Direct management of Field Officers motivating and driving a high-performance team culture.
- Manage relationships across unions, employer associations, government agencies and industry stakeholders.
- Drive operational reporting to monitor and optimise Field Services team activity.
- Flexibility to include occasional travel for field service team support and industry engagement
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience working in regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Proven relationship engagement success.
- Experienced team leadership skills and high performance mentality.
- Familiarity with complex entitlement schemes and operational procedures.
