As a Marketing Lead, you will work as part of our marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns, appeals and initiatives that keep the Heart Foundation doing what it does best - helping to save lives!

Not only that, but you will play an important role in supporting the organisation's strategic direction as we move into the future.

Not bad for a day's work!

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Senior Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies that assist in building strength of the Heart Foundation brand, generate revenue through donations, drive opportunities relating to fundraising, health promotion and overall brand awareness.
  • ​Act as a marketing business partner and support activity within both the Business Operations portfolio and Revenue portfolio, with a particular focus on the implementation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver integrated channel planning activity, including working collaboratively with colleagues in the Digital and Creative teams for below-the-line channels.
  • Ensure the Heart Foundation brand is accurately represented through campaign collateral, messaging, event activations, marketing collateral and advertising.
  • Track, set and measure KPIs for all marketing activities and provide detailed reporting on performance, including identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvements.
  • Support the development of marketing communications and collateral, including copywriting, proofreading, design briefings and supporting production requirements.

Let's talk about you!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in leading revenue generating or acquisition campaigns.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
  • Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns including channel planning across paid, owned and earned channels, end to end implementation/delivery and performance reporting.
  • Marketing campaign management and channel planning experience, including demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multiple agency partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present with ease and to build interest and buy in from key stakeholders.
  • Natural ability to use initiative, excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to results, quality, and excellence.
  • Agility and resilience with the ability to adapt plans and change course quickly and efficiently as required.
