Our client, a family-owned business and a leader in its field has a new and exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy Marketing Manager to help drive the business on its exciting growth path.
Established over 30 years ago, our client has multiple locations within metro and regional NSW and QLD and has established itself as a respected supplier and advisor to the hospitality, accommodation, and aged care industries.
Reporting to a supportive and approachable General Manager you will drive growth for the business by creating and managing strategies that generate leads for the account management and business development teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments utilising existing research and strategies
- Ensure marketing activity is focused on brand awareness that drives actual new customer lead generation
- Managing and nurturing 2 marketing coordinators to optimise their growth
- Assisting in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging support and driving collaboration both internally and externally, including agencies and freelancers
- Analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform successful marketing strategies
- Creating maintaining and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights for future campaign development
- Taking ownership of all digital channels
- Working closely with account management and business development teams to develop sales campaigns/activities to engage existing and new customers.
- Planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Conceptualising and executing multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Establishing budget guidelines and documenting business processes
- Gathering ongoing customer and market insights to increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
- Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis and optimisation
- Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience ideally within a B2B marketing role
- A background in executing marketing strategies with a particular focus on digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people, project management, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital marketing, automation, and CRM tools.
