Position Overview: 

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, driving customer acquisition and retention, and maximizing the impact of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that investments are allocated strategically and deliver maximum impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and web analytics.
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
