Autosports Group, is a large, listed retail automotive dealer group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently we have over 1800 employees across 55 dealerships in QLD, NSW, VIC and NZ.
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the retail marketing team. In QLD, Autosports Group represent brands like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Mazda and Maserati.

The opportunity:
Manage the performance of all marketing activities with a core focus on driving leads. You will oversee the development of the marketing plan, execute and optimise campaigns and events, all while working alongside key stakeholders across the business. This is a very fast paced and dynamic role and is based at our centralised Marketing Office in Fortitude Valley and some local travel to the dealerships.
The role:
- Development and execution of marketing plans.
- Develop retail marketing campaigns to drive sales leads.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to execute the advertising plans on time and on budget.
- Review lead, sales and customer data and deliver insights back to the teams and dealerships to optimise marketing ROI.
- Develop and evolve customer communications.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Other marketing duties as per job description.
About you:
- Ready for the next step in your marketing career.
- Degree qualification in business or marketing is ideal.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Marketing Manager, ideally automotive.
- Ability to drive results in a face-paced and very dynamic environment/ industry
- Excellent time management skills for multiple project management and absolute confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
