We are looking for a passionate, driven and efficient Marketing Manager to join our team at Cowboys Leagues Club. We are the official social home of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys with lots of exciting opportunities and growth on the horizon, and we hope you will be a valuable part of this journey.
Reporting to the Business Development & Loyalty Manager, the key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role will include:
- Manage and deliver the marketing, advertising & promotional plan of the Club, whilst maintaining the Club’s brand & identity.
- Working closely with the Club’s internal Graphic Designer, prepare & manage advertising material & content, displays and other marketing components, to achieve increased patronage and revenue.
- Develop creative briefs, digital content management and communications execution.
- Create an innovative and successful online presence to drive internal revenue.
- Measure & accurately report on all marketing, advertising & promotional campaigns.
- Assist the Club’s Customer Relations & Promotions team to conduct Club promotions & special events.

Ideal applicants will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or related field and/or relevant industry experience of 3+ years in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and professional writing skills, with marketing & creative flair.
- A passion for a fast-paced environment that is always adapting and changing, and a willingness to assist with conducting marketed promotions & events.
- Experience in Adobe/Canva/design/editing/photography or videography skills would be looked on favourably.
- Experience in Business Development would also be looked on favourably.
