The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our HUB24 Group Marketing team where the primary responsibility is to develop & execute HUB24 customer channel marketing strategy
Key responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with Product Development and UX team responsible for rolling out a Human Centred Design approach to deliver market-leading reporting and complete view of wealth capabilities.
- Alongside product, sales and strategy stakeholders, develop a strategic marketing and communication plan that aligns with and delivers on the business goals.
- Create detailed communication plans and strategies that fosters customer relationships and improves the overall customer experience
- Drive regular communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment of marketing strategy and take to marketing plan.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to collaborate on campaign and event planning, and design targeted campaigns to support sales targets.
- Work closely with Product team to understand the product roadmap supporting their communication to maximise customer experience.
- Facilitate sales enablement by identifying content and collateral required to support each campaign and help drive sales
- Regular monitoring and analysis to provide data driven recommendations to optimise activity and prioritisation
- Analyse industry and competitor insights to identify new campaign and engagement opportunities.
- Manage customer channel budget to maximise impact.
- Build & maintain relationships with external suppliers including external marketing and communications agencies
Key requirements
- 3-5 years experience in marketing and communication roles within financial services. SMSF, Accounting, Adviser, Broker channels all preferable.
- Proven experience in delivering & executing on strategy
- Depth of knowledge to direct all relevant channels of marketing
- Previous people leadership experience is desirable
- Ability to direct and control marketing business activities to achieve targets
- Proven track record of budget responsibility to maximise impact to the profitability of the business
- Ability to think strategically and align the needs of the customer & the business
- Excellent relationship building skills and desire to work collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously.
- Genuine interest in the challenges and opportunities in financial services and advice.
