The role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be based in Port Macquarie and working on a large-scale masterplanned community development. Reporting to a highly regarded Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Create & Implement High-Quality Marketing Campaigns
- Utilise both Traditional & Digital Marketing to Generate Leads
- Prepare and Manage the Annual Marketing Budget
- Develop 12-month PR Plan to Build Profile of the Development
- Effectively Manage & Mentor a Marketing Assistant
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Comms, or equivalent
- 5 Years Experience in Marketing, or Comms, ideally in Property
- Experience Designing & Executing Successful PR Campaigns
- Proven Track Record in Digital, & Social Media Marketing
- Ability to Prioritise Workload & Meet Critical Deadlines
