We specialise in all types of concreting services; driveways/footpath & crossovers, NBN concreting, concrete cutting/breakout and reinstatement, colour concreting to exposed aggregate. We have worked with both residential and commercial clients and strive to offer the best service possible. Our team is made up of expert contractors who are professional and friendly and will get the job done correctly. We place a strong emphasis on the quality of work while proving value for money. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our eccentric team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the concrete industry.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
• Creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of concrete services.
• Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, highlighting the company’s services and projects.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website content updates and social media accounts.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary to improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Requirements: -
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field (Marketing)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
