Job description

We are looking for a marketing superstar to join our fast paced team in this exciting phase of our business. You will deeply understand both brand and performance, and how they both play an important role in growing a business. Working cross-functionally with a can do attitude and surrounded by a passionate leader and team, you’ll focus on: 

Marketing:

  • Manage the marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Lead, develop, plan and implement brand and marketing activities across our online channels, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and conversion.
  • Develop the content marketing strategy for all social channels.
  • Develop, execute, and manage our digital, social, PR and influencer strategies.
  • Continue to grow revenue and optimise profitability
  • Manage our agencies we use for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, CRO, SMS, Affiliate, Email, content creation, UGC and Influencers to optimise results, hold them accountable and ensure a feedback loop is established.
  • Manage the creative pipeline for marketing activities including videos for ads using both our external agencies and in house production teams.
  • Brief and review content for upcoming campaigns (anything from website banners to TikTok posts).
  • Plan and execute growth experiments using A/B testing platforms.
  • Report on weekly website performance to the wider team.
  • Plan and execute the campaign calendar for product launches, promotions and collaborations from start to finish.
  • Work with internal and external teams to implement marketing plans.
  • Run and manage marketing P&L.
  • Drive growth and impact across key KPIs: customer acquisition, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention.
  • Stay on top of the latest ecommerce trends and test new innovative ways that improve metrics including CAC, CR, AOV and customer satisfaction.

Brand:

  • Work closely with agencies, partners and the brand marketing team, to ensure consistent delivery on the BHH Technologies brand story and promise across all touchpoints in alignment with the defined brand strategy and direction.
  • Define creative content that aligns consistently with the brand and delivers on strategy and objectives by region and channel.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of brand messaging strategies, creative design and go-to-market planning for key segments and provide necessary brand communication assets.

The ideal candidate has experience in: 

  • Fast growing direct to consumer ecommerce brands
  • Managing marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Managing external agencies 
  • Briefing video and static content
  • Setting up systems and procedures (SOPs)
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and background
  • Proven track record leading notable brand strategy, campaigns and activations
  • Performance marketing and media buying
  • Campaign planning across product launches, promotions and collaborations
  • Managing budgets and tracking spend effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines
  • Expanding businesses internationally
