Ready to spread the word about our exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a creative and passionate individual to drive the Hotel's marketing efforts, including Restaurant & Bar, and lend their experience to enhancing the Hotel Indigo brand in the market.
Our Marketing Manager will form strategic alliances and partners to support the Hotel and Venue's positioning and actively promote Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets through community and professional involvement.
This is a Full Time, onsite role, working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Essential duties and responsibilities carried out by this role include, but are not limited to:
- In conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing; responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of the Hotel marketing efforts; aligned to the Hotel Indigo and IHG brand
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Hotel Marketing Plan, continuously evolving strategies that drive brand recognition and revenue growth
- Driving bookings, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty, and building a positive guest experience
- Coordinating the production of compelling and engaging content across various channels
- Managing the Hotel's online presence, including OTA's, local website, and various social media platforms
- Curating engaging content to promote and up-sell the hotel's offerings, special packages and amenities
- Effectively leveraging Hotel and Restaurant & Bar initiatives and campaigns
- Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What we need from you:
- Experienced – 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Marketing Communications
- Qualified - a Degree in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of digital marketing, social media and the content requirements for these channels
- Creativity, innovation, and strong knowledge of new technology trends in the travel industry
- Experience working both independently and with teams and the ability to flex and adapt your approach to business, client and operational needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, build and maintain trusted relationships
- The unrestricted right to work in Australia
