The company is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and market share for our tile wholesale and retail business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Sales and Marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, retailers, contractors, architects, and designers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising materials.
- Manage the company's online and offline presence, including website content, social media channels, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the tile industry, building materials, or home improvement products is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
