Gybe Consulting are partnering with ATP Science on a Marketing Manager position.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand building, portfolio management and driving revenue growth across digital and traditional channels. A consumer product background and experience managing a successful ecommerce platform are essential.
Role Responsibilities
- Leadership and coordination of a marketing team and suppliers to execute both the brand and digital strategy to increase impact, conversion and CX/UX.
- In partnership with key stakeholders, development of the brand & digital strategies to deliver key business growth metrics
- Manage and execute the paid advertising strategy across various platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram in line with performance and budget targets
- Continue to grow ATP Science’s brand awareness, customer loyalty, engagement and most importantly the ATP Science community.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of website performance, identifying and troubleshooting eCommerce challenges.
- Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as they relate to the optimisation process.
- Support the expansion and optimisation of the brand’s organic and paid digital channels, in line with business objectives.
- Oversee the production and delivery of high-quality content for all platforms including social media, website, online communities and email marketing.
- Ensure compliance within advertising standards for TGA and FSANZ, across all execution platforms
- Effective collaboration with the wider marketing, sales and customer service teams.
- Reporting of key performance metrics, insights and opportunities to the senior leadership team
- Manage the relevant Marketing budget allocation
As the Marketing Manager, this role will combine strategy, execution and team management to enhance ATP Science’s offline and online product offering. To be considered for the role, you must have worked within a consumer products environment and can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within marketing of consumer goods, including brand and product management
- Strong digital marketing experience including ecommerce operations and digital media strategy, media management (paid + organic), content strategy and campaign development
- Experience with, and an understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo, as well as customer service, loyalty and subscription apps.
- Prior experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Deep understanding of the current social media landscape, including current trends across each platform.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
