- Build and develop relationships with key external third-party stakeholders to develop partnership campaigns.
- Support the Hotel/Hotel Sales team in the delivery of
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points with the objective to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, whilst driving revenue and market share.
- Work and align with the Senior Commercial Manager (Events & Hotel Sales) & Group Sales Manager to develop compelling offers & market to new customer segments to drive occupancy.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within a hospitality/gaming or related industry.
- Proven experience leading a team in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with all relevant departments on promotional activity and requirements needed to facilitate promotions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others across the group to achieve team and business goals
- Ability to build trust within the team, and align performance for success, facilitating change where needed.
