Marketing Manager

MAYDAY Recruitment are proud to partner with an established charity, in search of a self-driven and creative Marketing Manager. 

Work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to plan and implement strategic and tactical marketing and communication plans to achieve business objectives. Partner with stakeholders from various business units to source stories and share content in relevant channels.

• An annual salary of $110,000 + super + salary packaging.
• Monday - Friday, typically 8:30am - 5pm.

The role:

• Manage and execute end-end marketing campaigns and ensure all marketing material is in line with company requirements. 
• Work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to plan and implement strategic and tactical marketing and communication plans to achieve business objectives. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Monitor and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders and create clear and effective marketing briefs.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience within a Marketing Manager role. 
• Strong capability in effective stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans end-end. 
• Strong analytical skills that have been demonstrated in previous roles.
• Full Australian working rights.
