Key Information

• This position is a key component to our ANZ team.
• The Marketing Manager, ANZ will be responsible for development and execution of the marketing and communication initiatives for all products in the ADM Human Nutrition portfolio.
• This will include planning for, and execution of, specific Industry/Segment/Product promotional campaigns in Australia and New Zealand and enhancement of the awareness of ADM Human Nutrition and its portfolio. 
• This role also has direct responsibility for management of customer projects which involve market research, trend anticipation and new product concept design to deliver innovation to support business growth through market-relevant and tailored customer presentations.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing & communication/innovation/market strategy including client/customer facing presentation execution within the food/beverage industry. Experience from flavour and food ingredients industry preferred.
• Create and support Pro-active presentations & Insights roll-outs in beverage & food segments.
• Bachelor of Marketing/Business/Nutrition or related discipline
• Drivers License (essential)
• Ability to travel
• Financial acumen, performance and results driven
• Ability to understand and relay technical information/apply to concept product innovation
• Great communication and presentation skills and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Motivated and driven to develop sales, whilst developing customer loyalty
• Ability to see the big picture and drive the success of the business into the future
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
