To be a Chef at Mittagong Hotel, you’ll need to be ready to work in a fun yet fast paced kitchen and be able to provide consistent high quality, while working in a team of talented chefs and cooks. Availability on weekends and holidays is a must.
As the successful candidate you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Ability to manage high volume in a fast paced environment.
- Show excellent attention to detail and produce consistent high quality dishes.
- Have a genuine passion for great food and service standards.
- Be inspired to use local seasonal produce.
- Strong hygiene and system/procedure focus
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with our suppliers
- Above all, have a positive and motivated attitude.
