Brand Manager – Fixed Term
Responsible for leading and contributing to the Allergy brand strategy for Zyrtec and Rhinocort within the Australian and New Zealand market, delivering excellence to drive both mental and physical availability to deliver against Kenvue’s sales, share and profit targets.
This position reports into the Marketing Activation Manager and is based in Sydney, Australia. This is a fixed term MAT Leave cover contract for 12 months.

What You Will Do
The Brand Manager plays a critical part in achieving Kenvue’s purpose by leading the asset development and optimization for excellence in E2E execution to drive sales and market share growth for Kenvue brands. The Brand Manager is responsible for:
· Leading the asset development and optimization for our Allergy portfolio, including evaluating and syndicating coordinated content and communications planning across campaigns, social, PR, content and Retail into vibrant in-market activation across Australia and New Zealand
· Driving excellence in execution across both mental and physical availability of Kenvue brands in market, including strategic portfolio management and contributing to Joint Business Planning with customers
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align behind objectives and win in market to deliver against Kenvue sales, share and profit targets
Key Responsibilities
· Using brand strategy adoption, contribute to the data-driven marketing media strategy including; planning and budgeting, execution and optimization, target audience, data strategy and campaign development, cross-channel consumer experience programming and coordination using local best practices
· Lead and contribute to the localisation and transcreation of communication assets provided by global with addition of non-key communication assets (e.g. online banner/ social media ads), Social Media & Influence Management as aligned with Marketing Activation Manager
· Lead in activation and execution across Mental and Physical Availability measures translating global brand plans into vibrant in-market activation across Australia and New Zealand.
· Contribute to the partnership with Shopper, Health Care Professionals (HCP), E-Commerce and Social/Digital
· Contribute to the Strategic Portfolio Management including market assortment, distribution plan, promotion plan & pricing
· Contribute to the Joint Business Planning including customer relationship management and customer activations
· Drive portfolio efficiency, utilising the POM, CIP & RGM processes to manage the portfolio effectively in collaboration with Category teams
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to align behind objectives and win in market to deliver sales, share and profit targets.
· Build strong and broad relationships across the local business and through the regional and global brand teams to make a positive impact on the business output of these different teams and working groups.
· Focus externally to lead for today and tomorrow to; conduct market and competitor analysis, reporting and monitoring competitive activity to define opportunities and threats
· Support and lead vision for individual brand during 3YOP and growth planning
