This role is responsible for strategy, planning, development and implementation of marketing plans to meet candidate acquisition and retention for TTI’s Structured Education Program, Micro-credentials Education Program and Online Resources in line with strategic objectives.
In this role you will:
- Define and deliver on Education marketing strategy
- Lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to attract enrolments and registrations across structured education, micro-credentials education program and online resources, whilst delivering on planning and project management excellence for all campaigns
- Manage and implement plans to budget
- Grow lead generation of enrolment prospects and increase traffic to website/conversion points.
- Meet targets (i.e. enrolments, lead pool, conversion rate and cost per acquisition)
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), including digital marketing metrics, enrolments, and revenue goals.
- Deliver reporting accurately and in a timely manner (i.e. Post campaign report and Monthly report)
- Manage education marketing expenses to budget
- Support the coordination of all business/education activations, corporate events, tradeshows, local engagement initiatives as necessary.
- Effective stakeholder support and engagement as demonstrated by stakeholder feedback.
Essential to this role:
- Higher Education or relevant Education background marketing experience will be looked upon favourably
- Results focused, strong analytical capability, and is able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Collaborative team player, strong relationship/stakeholder management and project management skills
- Personable, accountable & dependable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders accompanied with a professional attitude.
